About the role
Join STMicroelectronics to ensure MEMS product quality through state-of-the-art front‑end manufacturing quality practices. You will work on wafer manufacturing and probe processes, supporting product transfers and customer audits.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee quality of changes related to wafer manufacturing and wafer probe.
- Manage non‑conforming lots and track front‑end plant quality indicators.
- Eliminate front‑end issues that affect customers and collaborate with Operations to embed quality requirements.
- Work with PQA and Product Development to share lessons learned and best practices.
- Support line stress plan definition, product/technology transfers, and customer audits.
Required profile
- Graduate in engineering, physics or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant environment.
- Quality‑oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of wafer manufacturing processes.
- Experience with wafer probe activities.
- Green Belt certification (preferred).
