Python AI/ML Developer (LLM Focus)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python AI/ML Developer to design and deliver intelligent, data‑driven solutions that power business decision‑making. The role focuses on building, fine‑tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) within scalable backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement low‑latency, high‑availability backend applications.
• Develop AI/ML frameworks that automate intelligent business processes.
• Integrate server‑side logic with data pipelines and front‑end components.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient Python code.
• Implement data storage and retrieval strategies and contribute to data platform architecture.
• Build robust APIs and services for AI/ML model deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in backend and/or AI/ML development.
• Strong expertise in Python and its core libraries.
• Experience with version‑control systems such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Knowledge of event‑driven programming, threading, and multi‑process architecture in Python.
• Familiarity with server‑side templating (e.g., Jinja2, Mako) and basic front‑end technologies.
