About the role

F1 Hotel Manila is seeking a full‑time Purchasing Associate to join its procurement team in Taguig. The role focuses on acquiring goods and services efficiently while supporting the hotel’s high‑standard operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities.
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify cost‑effective options.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s procurement policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in purchase order and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical ability to evaluate suppliers and costs.
• Exceptional communication skills for vendor and internal interactions.
• Attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
