Property & Mortgage Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Trainer specialized in property and mortgage loan processes to deliver new‑hire and ongoing training for our collections team. The role involves both classroom and remote instruction, ensuring agents are equipped with product, process and compliance knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑hire training (classroom and remote) for the collections process.
• Manage training batches (typically 1:20) and provide feedback and coaching to agents.
• Audit agent cases using prescribed sheets and deliver documented feedback.
• Attend weekly calibration calls with client and internal teams.
• Assess trainee performance through tests and practical evaluations.
• Maintain training records, daily reports and analysis for continuous improvement.
• Identify training needs based on audit findings and deliver refresher sessions.
• Stay updated on new products, process changes and complete TTT certification.

Required profile

• High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (new curriculum) graduate.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a trainer, preferably with exposure to UK/US banking or mortgage/property loan handling.
• Ability to work in shifts and deliver training both virtually and face‑to‑face.
• Strong oral and written communication and listening skills.
