Project Manager/Coordinator – Wireless Telecommunications & RAN Delivery

About the role

The Project Manager/Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of wireless telecommunications and Radio Access Network (RAN) projects, including 4G and 5G deployments. Working from an office or remotely, the role ensures safe, compliant, and on‑time implementation of network infrastructure while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate construction, installation, integration, upgrade and maintenance of wireless telecom sites.
• Support RAN solutions implementation – 4G, 5G, radio equipment, antennas, feeders, fibre and transmission interfaces.
• Review scopes of work, design drawings, equipment schedules, bills of materials and implementation plans before work starts.
• Manage site access, inductions, materials, labour, subcontractors, plant, travel and other logistics.
• Provide field personnel and subcontractors with up‑to‑date drawings, instructions and compliance information.
• Monitor delivery against designs, client specifications, quality standards and program milestones.
• Track design queries, technical issues, scope changes, variations, delays and risks.
• Maintain project trackers, action registers, progress reports and completion documentation.
• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance, documentation and compliance.
• Support quality, safety and environmental requirements and promote a safe workplace.
• Assist with project handover, close‑out and acceptance by ensuring all evidence and documentation are complete.
