Project Manager – US Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager with a US healthcare insurance background to lead small to medium‑size initiatives that drive business and technical outcomes. You will partner with business sponsors to define, plan, and deliver projects that support corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project charters, planning documents, and communication plans.
• Define team roles, create work breakdown structures, and schedule project activities.
• Lead project meetings, manage scope changes, and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate resource allocation, provide performance feedback, and track issues to resolution.
• Monitor budget, timeline, and ROI throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design testing strategies, conduct close‑out activities, and secure required approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional project management experience, with at least 2 years leading projects.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate across matrixed organizations.
• Experience in US healthcare insurance is essential.
• PMP certification preferred.
