Project Manager, Onshore Wind

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of utility‑scale onshore wind projects. You will be the primary on‑site representative, overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover while ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site leadership throughout construction and execution phases.
• Ensure compliance with approved timelines, budgets, quality, HSSE and regulatory requirements.
• Guide technical design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Review engineering designs, drawings and contractor submissions for compliance.
• Support procurement, tendering and contract award processes.
• Coordinate engineering consultants, EPC contractors, turbine suppliers, logistics providers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Lead change management and risk mitigation activities.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control programmes across all workstreams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing utility‑scale onshore wind or similar renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Experience with project scheduling, cost control and risk management.
• Commitment to safety excellence and regulatory compliance.
