Project Manager – Manufacturing Projects

About the role

Yamazaki Mazak Corporation is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead manufacturing‑related projects at its Baguio City site. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with expediting, logistics, and inspection teams to guarantee on‑time delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial project environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Baguio City and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
