Project Manager (Business/Strategic)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of consulting engagements within our Business Consulting Unit. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, clients and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, manage risks and ensure high‑quality outcomes that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Define project plans, timelines, resource requirements and deliverables.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of consultants, analysts and subject‑matter experts.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and aligning on goals.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations and executive briefings.
• Translate client business needs into structured project initiatives and solutions.
• Develop business cases, process improvements and transformation strategies.
• Establish governance frameworks, track risks and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading consulting or strategic projects across multiple industries.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior executives.
