Lead IT Analyst – Cyber Hygiene (Security)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead IT Analyst to drive cyber‑hygiene initiatives, managing vulnerability assessment tools and security automation across on‑premises and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer vulnerability assessment platforms such as Tenable One, Hadrian and Wiz, creating scans and baselines for client networks.
• Analyze, assess risk and prioritize findings, coordinating remediation with system administrators and application owners.
• Review and harden perimeter and host‑based firewall rules, recommending optimizations.
• Develop security automation workflows using APIs, scripting and platform integrations to improve operational efficiency.
• Track, manage and report remediation activities, escalating overdue findings to ensure timely closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum ten years of experience in cyber security, IT security compliance or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of computer networks, databases, Windows and Linux operating system security, and web applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Tenable One, Wiz, Tufin, ServiceNow, Github Copilot, Hadrian and Snyk.
• Proficiency on Ubuntu, macOS and Windows 11 environments.
• Relevant certifications: ITIL v4+, Security+, CEH, AZ‑500 or AZ‑900.
