Project Management Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Officer to lead complex initiatives across procurement, logistics, and digital operations. You will act as the central coordinator, aligning cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver projects that advance our digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project charters, timelines, and budgets for digital initiatives and oversee end‑to‑end execution.
• Partner with internal departments and external vendors, manage third‑party performance, and negotiate contracts.
• Define, track, and report key performance indicators, using data analysis to anticipate risks and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning, budgeting, and risk management within digital scanning, logistics, or supply‑chain environments.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end digital operational processes, preferably in banking, finance, or IT.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities, capable of presenting to senior leadership.
• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Digital Operations Management; PMP certification highly preferred.
