Project Developer – Offshore Renewable Energy

About the role

ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Project Developer to support the end‑to‑end development of its offshore renewable projects, starting with the Bulalacao Offshore project. The role focuses on coordinating land, permitting, technical, environmental and stakeholder milestones while ensuring compliance with offshore regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Update, monitor and analyse project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate land securement, permitting progress and offshore technical studies with internal teams.
• Manage the full contract cycle from quotation to payments and oversee contractors.
• Support offshore permits (BFAR, DENR Marine, PCG, DPWH) and CSR/ESG environmental permitting.
• Maintain document control systems and assist with cash‑flow management.
• Prepare inputs for offshore WESC amendments and milestone reporting to the Department of Energy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Studies, Environmental Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project development, preferably in offshore or marine environments.
• Strong organisational, coordination and management abilities.
• Ability to analyse budgets, development expenditures and commercial documentation.

Required skills

• Familiarity with metocean studies.
• Experience with geotechnical assessments.
• Knowledge of bathymetry analysis.
