Architect – Data Centre Projects

About the role

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Architect to lead mission‑critical data‑centre projects in the Philippines. You will shape layouts, drawings and specifications while collaborating across disciplines from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality architectural plans, details and specifications for data‑centre facilities.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings, resolving cross‑discipline issues.
• Support field construction by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and performing site walks.
• Provide technical guidance to junior designers and contribute to proposals and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a valid PRC Architect license.
• 10+ years of architectural design experience, preferably with mission‑critical or industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of the Philippine Building Code, Fire Code and accessibility requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM workflows and common data environments such as BIM 360.
