About the role
The Production Operator will run automated test equipment for II-VI Laser Enterprise, ensuring that productivity, quality, and efficiency targets are met. This onsite position requires both independent work and teamwork in a clean‑room environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated test equipment for semiconductor burn‑in and test processes.
- Meet KPI targets for productivity, quality, cycle time and efficiency as set by supervisors.
- Maintain clean‑room protocols and handle material safety data sheets (MSDS) as required.
Required profile
- College level education or a 2‑year technical degree.
- 2‑3 years experience in semiconductor assembly, burn‑in or test production.
- Ability to work long periods standing, with excellent manual dexterity and vision (glasses acceptable, no contact lenses).
Required skills
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing and clean‑room environments.
- Proficiency in operating automated test equipment.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
