Production Assistant

About the role

The R&D Production Assistant supports the manufacturing floor by preparing, weighing, and mixing coded key ingredients for food production. This role ensures that all mixes meet quality, accuracy, and food‑safety standards while working on a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Produce coded key mixes according to production requirements.
• Weigh and blend raw materials accurately and consistently.
• Prepare production reports, material requests, and maintain inventory records.
• Monitor raw material and finished‑goods inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GWP, HACCP, and other quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of production areas and equipment.
• Protect formulation confidentiality and restrict unauthorized access.

Required profile

• At least a second‑year college level or technical/vocational graduate.
• Open to candidates with or without experience in manufacturing, R&D, or QA.
• Physically able to lift up to 20 kg and work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work in Danao, Cebu.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Knowledge of GWP (Good Working Practices).
• Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
