Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operational excellence at our Danao facility. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production of high‑quality food products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct production processes to meet delivery targets and quality standards.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise production staff, manage performance and shift schedules.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols and industry regulations such as OSHA.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep machinery functional, repaired, and calibrated.
• Prepare regular production, quality, and budget reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience in food production.
• At least 3 years in plant operations management, preferably in multinational or top local organizations.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement tools and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
