About the role
Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Product Specialist for its MedTech sales business, working in clinical sales for hospitals and hospital systems in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. The role is commission-based and involves developing sales strategies, sourcing new opportunities and closing sales to meet quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Close sales using customer sales methods such as door-to-door selling, cold calling and presentations
- Forecast sales, develop creative sales strategies and models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers' skills and needs and build long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to stay up to date
- Report to management with financial statistics and give feedback
- Maintain and expand the client database in the assigned territory
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any field
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of exceeding quota
- Openness to relocation or assignment in the Central Visayas region
