Procurement Officer

About the role
The Procurement Officer will join our on‑site team in Pasig to manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process. This full‑time position focuses on handling purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and applying analytical insights to support effective procurement decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contract terms with suppliers to achieve cost‑effective and reliable agreements.
- Analyze procurement data and market trends to inform purchasing strategies.
- Oversee daily purchasing activities and maintain accurate procurement records.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement processes and purchase order management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
