Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will join our team in Pasig to manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on handling purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and applying analytical insights to support strategic procurement decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Create, track, and close purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and service levels.
• Analyze spend data and market trends to recommend cost‑effective procurement solutions.
• Oversee daily purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement needs with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement processes and purchase order management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
