Procurement Associate

About the role
The Procurement Associate will support the company's purchasing activities for assigned materials, capital and operational expenditures, and services. The role focuses on executing the procurement process efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end procurement processes for materials, CAPEX/OPEX items and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define specifications and requirements.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate terms to achieve cost‑effective solutions.
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support inventory and warehouse management activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college education.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory, or material and warehouse management.
- Willingness to work on‑site at C5 Road, Ugong, Pasig.
- Preferably 3‑5 years of experience specializing in purchasing or related functions.
