People Services Partner

About the role

The People Services Partner will support the People Experience and Talent Management team by handling day‑to‑day HR operations. This role focuses on delivering a seamless employee experience from onboarding through off‑boarding while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries via the People ticketing system and route tickets appropriately.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and conduct onboarding surveys.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, assist in resolving workplace issues, and support engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist with audits and mandatory filings.
• Support performance evaluation processes and performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate training programs, track participation, and help identify training needs.
• Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and guidelines.
• Manage off‑boarding activities, including exit interviews and asset retrieval.
• Provide administrative support for reports, document preparation, event planning, and recognition programs.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people‑first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal tact, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
