People Operations Manager – Philippines

About the role

FedEx is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead its HR team in the Philippines. The role combines strategic advisory, people analytics, and cross‑functional project leadership to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level technical HR expertise and advise senior management.
• Manage a team of People Partners, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Deliver people analytics, interpret results, and influence key business decisions.
• Lead high‑impact cross‑functional projects and initiatives to optimize people outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Experience in a large, matrixed or multinational organization, preferably in logistics or transportation.
