People & Culture Officer – Engagement & Performance

About the role

DotYeti is seeking a proactive People & Culture Officer to nurture a vibrant workplace, drive employee growth, and ensure team members thrive. You will own the end‑to‑end employee experience, from engagement programs to performance cycles and learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1 employee check‑ins, plan company‑wide outings, coordinate team‑building events, and manage Town Hall logistics.
• Conduct Quarterly Engagement Checks, analyze results, and provide actionable insights on culture health.
• Lead performance review cycles, ensuring timely feedback and alignment with business goals.
• Proactively flag performance‑related concerns and early‑stage compliance or behavioral issues to the Director of People & Culture.
• Assist in creating training materials and deliver training sessions for mid‑manager level and below, continuously improving programs based on feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, talent development, or a similar People & Culture role.
• Experience designing and delivering training sessions for mid‑level managers.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, empathetic, and passionate about employee success.
