Part‑time Indonesian Language Teacher – Kabupaten Lebak

About the role

Ruangguru’s Akademia program is looking for a part‑time Indonesian language teacher to join its English Academy in Kabupaten Lebak. You will deliver live lessons, support students’ learning journeys, and collaborate with a network of Master Teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Indonesian language classes to students of various ages and educational levels.
• Provide coaching sessions, act as a buddy and role model for other Master Teachers.
• Conduct consultations with students and parents together with Student Advisors to recommend suitable learning paths.
• Run Homework Clinics to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in trial classes and share best practices with regional teams.
• Meet the minimum number of teaching and trial sessions required each month.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments aligned with the curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a field relevant to the subject taught.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to try new teaching methods.
• Availability to teach at the selected Ruangguru branch in Lebak.
