About the role
We are looking for a driven Training Specialist to deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions for new hires and support ongoing learning initiatives across our local telco account.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for new agents.
- Utilize e‑learning, role‑plays and other methodologies to enhance performance.
- Design learning experiences aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training curricula and materials.
- Identify skills gaps and provide support during the nesting period.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fresh graduates in Education are welcome.
- Ability to deliver back‑to‑back classes and handle confidential information.
- Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
