Training Content Designer (LMS Admin)

About the role

This role works closely with Subject Matter Experts and the Training team to design and develop engaging learning content for client programs across APAC, while also managing the company’s Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis with business partners to identify course development requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, simulations, assessments, and other learning materials.
• Develop eLearning, virtual class, and instructor‑led courses using authoring tools and adhere to AICC, SCORM, and adult‑learning principles.
• Establish best practices for e‑learning development, create design templates, and streamline production processes.
• Perform LMS administration tasks such as enrollment, reporting, and course creation.

Required profile

• Experience in learning and development, preferably in a BPO call‑center environment.
• Proven ability to design curriculum, course maps, quizzes, and interactive exercises.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn business products and processes.

Required skills

• eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
• Learning Management System administration
• Adobe Illustrator or Canva
• Knowledge of AICC and SCORM standards
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
