Outbound Telemarketing Officer

About the role

The Outbound Telemarketing Officer will generate qualified appointments for clients by contacting prospects via phone. Working remotely from Metro Manila, you will engage potential customers, understand their needs, and present relevant solutions. Success is measured by meeting appointment and sales targets while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business customers to schedule appointments.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate products or services.
• Maintain and update the customer database with call outcomes.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a similar role.
• Understanding of sales processes, telemarketing regulations, and data privacy compliance.
• Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM software for managing leads and tracking progress.
