About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Cold Caller and Sales Closer to join our growing US‑based professional services firm serving real‑estate agents and brokerages. The role combines lead generation, qualification, appointment setting, and closing to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using provided lead lists to introduce services and generate interest.
• Qualify prospects against established criteria and document detailed conversation notes.
• Schedule discovery calls, consultations, and sales appointments, ensuring smooth handoffs to internal teams.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and follow approved sales scripts to move prospects through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, updating lead status, pipeline notes, and follow‑up schedules.
• Track daily outreach activity and appointment metrics to meet performance goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with proven objection‑handling ability.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of generating qualified appointments and closing sales.
• Self‑motivated, resilient to rejection, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Background in BPO environments such as high‑stakes sales, retention, collections, or lead generation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with dialing platforms or sales engagement tools.

• Competitive salary range of $35,000‑$50,000 per year.
