Organic Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Content

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Organic Marketing Specialist to grow our social media presence through engaging content, community management, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate understands content strategy and audience engagement and can translate insights into organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Create and publish on‑brand captions, visuals, reels, and other engaging content.
• Build and manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and trends in real time.
• Conceptualize and run brand activations such as contests, collaborations, or influencer tie‑ups.
• Track performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and present insights with recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram for business.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful organic social media campaigns.
• Proven ability to drive growth using SEO and GEO tactics.
