Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of advertising and marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic and sales for SM Nuvali, a premier shopping destination. You will leverage market research and deep knowledge of the mall’s customer base to craft compelling campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Coordinate mall events, advertising campaigns, promotions, activations and sponsorships.
• Ensure system‑wide compliance with promotional and activation requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated marketing communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts or a related four‑year program.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management, project management, advertising, promotion, market research, media, events management or retail marketing.
