About the role

Chevron, a leading multinational energy company operating in the Philippines, is seeking an Ordering Specialist to join its shared services centre in Makati City. The role supports North American stakeholders by handling order entry, billing, payment processing and account administration, ensuring smooth transaction flow and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and manage stakeholder needs from North America, including order entry and monitoring.
• Process billing, payments and maintain accurate account administration.
• Interpret, coordinate and resolve consumer concerns, opening formal cases for complaints that require investigation or research.
• Apply appropriate judgment to manage cases efficiently, aiming for optimal cycle time and customer satisfaction.
• Articulate case symptoms, issues and resolutions, updating relevant parties throughout the process.

Required profile

• Experience in order processing or similar transactional functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to investigate and resolve complaints.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with North American stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
