Sales Representative – Retail Store

About the role

AutoZone is looking for a Sales Representative to support daily floor operations in its retail store. The role focuses on merchandising, sales transactions, and delivering excellent customer service to help meet store performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, handle excess stock and deliveries according to store guidelines.
• Execute planograms accurately and scan items for inventory counts.
• Perform product fronting, labeling, and participate in opening, closing, and cleaning tasks.
• Assist customers by answering questions about product location, features, pricing, and availability, both in‑store and via phone.
• Process cash and card transactions, handle returns, and follow cash‑handling policies.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Previous experience as a stock associate, cashier, or general helper.
• Preferable experience in customer service.
