Sales Manager – Foodservice Channel

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the growth and overall management of our Foodservice channel, covering hotels, quick‑service restaurants, fine dining, buffets, cafés and bistros. You will develop strategic plans, drive sales performance and build strong partnerships with key clients while overseeing a dedicated sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume, revenue and market‑share targets for the Foodservice channel.
• Monitor sales performance, set KPIs and report growth metrics.
• Develop and execute strategic plans and pursue new business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and conduct ideation sessions with decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and with Product Development on menu concepts.
• Formulate pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and market penetration.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Lead, coach and manage the Foodservice sales team.
• Represent the company in industry groups and events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management, Culinary, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, key‑account management or business development within food/hospitality.
• Proven experience leading a sales team and managing major foodservice accounts.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑driven, organized and committed to continuous improvement.
• Passion for the food industry, culinary trends and food culture.
