Used Car Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Associate to join our automotive financing team. In this role you will build relationships with dealers and sales agents, promote financing products, and guide customers through the loan process from application to disbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sales agents.
• Promote tailored financing products and services for used‑car buyers.
• Provide clients with complete information on loan terms, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Receive, review, and verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform preliminary credit screening according to company policies.
• Coordinate with credit evaluation and risk teams to obtain approvals.
• Guide clients through each step of the loan process, addressing inquiries, concerns, or disputes.
• Ensure all submitted documents comply with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and disbursements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in auto‑loan financing, preferably with used‑car loans or banking.
• Familiarity with credit processes and financial products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Sales‑driven and customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with loan processing software (advantageous).
