About the role
Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as part of its Business Services team. You will support global colleagues and clients by handling key steps of the Order to Cash process.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer details in the system.
- Allocate customer payments to specific accounts.
- Identify and resolve customer claims and deductions promptly.
- Generate blocked order reports, analyze credit policies and recommend actions.
- Conduct collection activities, follow up overdue accounts and escalate issues.
- Respond to customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate in Order to Cash continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable (fresh graduates considered for associate role).
- Working knowledge of SAP or Microsoft applications.
- High accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
