Operations Manager for Property Management

About the role

We are seeking a senior-level Operations Manager to lead and scale remote property management teams. The role supports U.S. leadership and manages virtual assistants across leasing, accounting, customer support, and maintenance coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a growing remote team of VAs, monitor productivity, and conduct quality audits.
• Design and implement KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and audit frameworks.
• Standardize workflows, create SOPs, and establish escalation and accountability structures.
• Coach team members, mentor leads, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimize tools such as AppFolio, Asana, Google Drive, and Dialpad, recommending additional software as needed.
• Act as an operational partner to U.S. leadership, translating goals into actionable workflows.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on team leadership, including managing teams of 25+.
• Proven experience scaling property management or similar service‑based operations.
• Strong background in Business Process Improvement and KPI development.
• Deep understanding of property management workflows (leasing, accounting, maintenance, resident support).
• Experience managing remote teams and driving accountability in distributed environments.
