Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Maintenance Coordinator to handle property maintenance requests, vendor assignments, and work order follow‑ups for our clients. This remote position supports tenants, property managers, and vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality resolution of maintenance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to maintenance requests via phone, email, or property management software.
• Create, assign, and monitor work orders, coordinating with vendors and technicians.
• Communicate service updates with tenants and property owners.
• Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
• Verify and process vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Manage emergency maintenance situations with appropriate urgency.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, vendor performance records, and generate activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
• Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, or Propertyware.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
