Operations Manager – Coffee Retail

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the daily operations of Kenangan Coffee stores, ensuring high standards of service, product quality, and profitability. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and drive sales initiatives across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store staff, create schedules, and conduct training for new hires.
• Maintain exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and ensuring product presentation meets brand standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and place orders.
• Set and achieve sales targets, implement promotions, and support local marketing efforts.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.
• Enforce health, safety, and food‑safety regulations to maintain a clean working environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in the coffee or food‑service industry.
• Experience overseeing more than five stores.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with basic math and inventory management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
