Operations English Trainer

About the role

Join goFLUENT as an Operations English Trainer to support and develop language trainers who deliver high‑quality learning experiences to business professionals worldwide. You will be responsible for onboarding new trainers, providing coaching, and ensuring performance standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live onboarding and training sessions for newly hired language trainers, covering teaching practices, assessment tools, processes, and quality expectations.
• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to improve trainers’ teaching effectiveness and overall performance, delivering actionable feedback.
• Monitor trainer performance using KPIs, provide targeted coaching, and follow up to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Identify development needs, support relevant workshops and training initiatives, and create or update training materials as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in language training, teaching, L&D, or trainer development; coaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of CEFR and language assessment.
• Experience facilitating online or virtual training using web‑conferencing tools and LMS platforms.
