Admissions Manager

About the role

CIIT is seeking an Admissions Manager to lead end‑to‑end admissions operations and help achieve student enrollment targets. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience for prospective students and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage admissions processes to meet enrollment goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Admissions team to ensure high performance.
• Monitor conversion rates, recruitment pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Develop data‑driven strategies to improve applicant engagement and enrollment conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate admissions reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academics, Registrar, Finance, and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including team leadership or supervision.
• Familiarity with school operations, admissions processes, and student enrollment.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using student information systems.
• Advanced spreadsheet and reporting tool capabilities.
