Operations Analyst

About the role

Join a leading airline as an Operations Analyst, supporting the manager and cross‑functional teams to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence. You will work closely with various departments to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and structure data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Clean and reprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Apply statistical models and analytical techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations that track key performance indicators such as OTP, reliability, and resource utilisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on scenario planning, forecasting, and operational risk mitigation.
• Support IT initiatives related to data analytics and operational systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, industrial engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in data analysis or operations analytics.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with leadership potential.

Required skills

• Programming in R or Python.
