Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement and maintain security solutions across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments. The role will support the deployment and continuous improvement of security technologies, monitor threats and work closely with IT and application teams to strengthen our overall cybersecurity posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain firewalls, WAF, endpoint protection, privileged access management, identity and email security solutions.
• Administer cloud security platforms and secure access solutions for AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Deploy, manage and enhance SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management and security monitoring tools.
• Monitor security events, investigate alerts and assist with incident response and remediation.
• Perform security assessments, vulnerability reviews, baseline configuration validation and control effectiveness testing.
• Develop automation scripts, integrations and workflows using Python, PowerShell or APIs to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application and SOC teams to embed security best practices.
• Document security configurations, procedures, technical standards and operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale cybersecurity platforms and driving security transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
