Onsite Trainer – SM Fairview

About the role

We are looking for a Trainer to deliver on‑site training to existing and newly hired employees at our SM Fairview location in Quezon City. The role focuses on preparing staff for essential duties, fostering a welcoming learning environment, and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions that promote knowledge transfer and skill application.
• Use questioning, presentation, and facilitation techniques to enhance retention and provide feedback.
• Create and manage a trust‑based learning environment during instruction.
• Plan and prepare instructional materials suited to the specific mode of learning.
• Assess learner performance using appropriate evaluation tools.
• Mentor and coach apprentice instructors and train newly assigned instructors.
• Coordinate training activities, including operations, quality, and HR presentations.

Required profile

• At least two years of college education.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in a BPO training role.
• Willingness to work on‑site at SM Fairview, Quezon City.
• Availability for night‑shift schedules.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, time‑critical environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC applications such as Microsoft Office and Tableau.
