About the role
We are looking for an energetic Onsite Cold Caller to join our sales team. You will engage with targeted prospects, uncover their security‑related challenges, and set up qualified appointments for our sales manager.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to a provided list of prospects.
- Identify and qualify leads based on pain points such as security costs and guard turnover.
- Use a consultative approach to understand prospect needs and schedule appointments.
- Maintain detailed call logs and track metrics including number of dials, call volume, and appointments scheduled.
- Work from lead lists sourced via Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Communicate professionally and naturally throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Fluent English speaker with clear pronunciation and professional communication skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and engage in natural conversation.
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient to rejection and self‑motivated.
- Reliable and self‑driven; sales experience is a plus but not required.
