About the role

The Offshore Administration, Reporting & Business Support Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, reporting and analytical support across the business, serving executive and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

Produce daily, weekly and monthly operational and supply chain reports and develop Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Monitor shared inboxes, coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, visitor management and process invoices.
Support business improvement initiatives, safety programs, purchasing, supplier and courier activities.

Required profile

Strong analytical ability to convert data into actionable insights and support business reviews.
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, dashboard creation, reporting automation).
Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, visualisation, automated reporting).
