Mid-Level C++/Python Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level C++/Python Developer to join our team in Cebu. You will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining web‑service applications while collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document and maintain web‑service applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Validate that solutions align with architectural design and business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform analysis, and implement software enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Information Systems or related field (undergraduates welcome).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with C++ or Python (API development).
• Knowledge of software design patterns and willingness to be upskilled in Java (Java EE, Spring, Spring Boot).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to read UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence).
• Basic debugging, optimization, and IDE usage (Eclipse, IntelliJ).
• Understanding of version control (Git) and collaboration tools (Confluence, JIRA).
