Marketing Manager – Beauty & Personal Care

About the role

We are a leading beauty and personal care company seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the strategic growth of our consumer brands. You will own brand building, consumer engagement, and commercial performance through integrated marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end brand building initiatives, including positioning, consumer insights, and campaign development.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, e‑commerce, retail and other touchpoints.
• Drive trade marketing activations to increase product visibility, distribution and sales.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams on trade programs, in‑store promotions and channel‑specific initiatives.
• Own annual brand and marketing planning, budget management and performance tracking.
• Analyse market trends, competitive activity and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of marketing professionals.
• Prepare strategic presentations and business reviews for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 8–10 years of marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in beauty, skincare, personal care or cosmetics.
• Proven track record in brand management and brand building.
• Experience across digital marketing and trade marketing, including campaigns, social media, e‑commerce and in‑store activations.
• 3–5 years of people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, category dynamics and go‑to‑market planning.
• Commercial acumen with ability to link marketing actions to sales performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
