Marketing, Events & Advertising Associate

About the role

San Miguel Properties, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Marketing, Events & Advertising Associate to design and execute campaigns that boost foot traffic, tenant engagement, and brand visibility across its retail and office spaces. The role blends creative strategy, advertising management, and event coordination to support both tenant and client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and promotional calendars.
• Plan, organize, and execute events such as mall activations, product launches, and corporate functions.
• Manage digital and traditional advertising channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with mall tenants and BPO clients on joint marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, calculate ROI, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Coordinate vendors, control budgets, and analyze market trends to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure tenant lease agreements are signed in alignment with marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events management, or advertising, preferably within commercial real estate, malls, or BPO environments.
• Strong creativity, project‑management, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of executing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
