Manufacturing Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Manager will lead daily production operations at Pinnacle Quality Food Inc., ensuring safety, efficiency and quality standards are consistently met. This role oversees staff, schedules and budgets while driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and direct production processes to achieve on‑time delivery and high‑quality output.
• Hire, train, mentor and supervise production staff, managing performance and shift schedules.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols and industry regulations such as OSHA.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep machinery functional, repaired and calibrated.
• Prepare and deliver regular production, quality and budget reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in a food plant and at least 3 years in plant operations management.
• Experience in multinational or leading local companies.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and onsite in Danao, Cebu.
