Logistics Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

OurAssistants is seeking a Logistics Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and business development for our logistics clients. The role focuses on LinkedIn prospecting, B2B outreach, and appointment setting while working remotely during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily LinkedIn prospecting within logistics, transportation, freight, and shipping industries.
• Research companies, identify decision‑makers, and build targeted B2B prospect lists.
• Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests, messages, and follow‑ups.
• Qualify prospects and convert conversations into qualified leads and appointments.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
• Run email and other outbound campaigns as needed.
• Track leads, conversations, follow‑ups, and results in the CRM.
• Engage with relevant LinkedIn content and communities to generate opportunities.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs for outreach, leads, and appointments.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, or appointment setting.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
• Logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong research, prospecting, and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations.
• Experience with CRM and sales/prospecting tools.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work US business hours.
